  1. Implement and oversee the procure-to-pay process from initiation to completion.
  2. Ensure timely and efficient processing and settlement of all payment requests, including employee claims.
  3. Accurately record and update payable transactions to inform management decisions.
  4. Facilitate open communication between internal teams and external vendors via email and provide necessary assistance to colleagues.
  5. Investigate supplier statements, resolve discrepancies, and put corrective measures in place to minimize errors.
  6. Update bank transactions daily and conduct regular bank reconciliations.
  7. Present bank balance reports to management every two weeks.
  8. Curate relevant business documents used in banking processes.
  9. Coordinate with bankers and payment service providers.
  10. Oversee monthly and yearly accounting closures.
  11. Process manual and urgent payments requests.
  12. Prepare documentation for audits.
Key Qualifications:
  • Background in AP processes.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word, as well as Accounting Software.
  • Bonus points for knowledge of Quickbooks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment.
  • Strong integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Capacity to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
