We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Administrator to support our growing business. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal part in the success of our agency by creating talent maps, identifying business opportunities, and providing essential administrative support to our regional sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Mapping: Utilize various research methods and tools to create comprehensive talent maps for different industries and sectors.
  • Business Development: Identify and research potential business opportunities, including new clients, industries, and markets.
  • Administrative Support: Provide efficient back-end administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and managing communication with clients.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update client databases with accurate and relevant information.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, talent mapping progress, and business development initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Preferably Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Proven experience in sales administration, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently.
  • Knowledge of recruitment industry practices and trends is a plus.
Work Environment:

This position is based in KL Sentral office and requires Mondays to Fridays 9am to 6.30pm working hours. Weekly training will be provided.
