Role Description

The Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and managing supplier relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and upload purchase orders and invoices into the SQL Accounting Software system, monitoring progress and updating records as necessary.
  • Manage supplier inquiries and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the driver team to coordinate schedules and ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of supplier interactions, tracking key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management or your supervisor.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in administration or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Malay, English, and Chinese.
