About The JobWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Director to lead our English Language Centre in Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the centre's budget, financial performance, and cost-reduction strategies. They will also ensure policy compliance, handle financial controls, and manage stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Centre Management: Oversee the centre's operations, including budget management, financial performance, and cost-reduction strategies.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including students, parents, and staff.
- Programme Development: Develop and implement English language programmes that meet the needs of our students.
- Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of staff, including teachers, administrators, and support staff.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, decision-making, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and change management skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience: Experienced in managing operations at academic centres is an added advantage.
We offer a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience, with bonus entitlement tied to individual and company performance. Other benefits include work visa and levy coverage, airfare, outpatient medical coverage, and health insurance (subject to terms and conditions). We also offer 16 days of scheduled leave, plus medical and hospitalization leave, and a 5-day workweek with a supportive and diverse working environment.
