Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing plans aligned with brand strategy to achieve business objectives. This includes managing a portfolio of brands through planning and effective execution, ensuring profitability and quantity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead trade marketing initiatives to ensure proper strategy is in place to meet both brand and sales expectations.
  • Work closely with HQ trade marketing to develop effective regional promotion plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with HQ marketing brand manager to develop effective trade activities aligned with marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor total F&B distribution and deliver profitable growth.
  • Evaluate trade marketing activities to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements as needed.
  • Analyze brand/category sell-through results by channel and make recommendations to increase results.
  • Manage trade spend and ROI for trade marketing activities.
  • Identify the right point of sales tools to increase brand presence and off-take.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree/Diploma qualification in Business/Sales, Marketing, or any equivalent.
  • At least 5-8 years of solid experience in a similar position, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Ability in ideation, resourceful, and in touch with social media and digital changes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with great negotiation and persuasive skills.
  • Result-oriented, confident multi-tasker.
  • Computer literate with excellent skills in reporting and presentation.
  • Proactive and outspoken.
