Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Motor Franchise Operations Coordinator to join our team at Etiqa Insurance and Takaful.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing business support and handling transaction-related issues, ensuring outstanding payments are cleared within the turnaround time (TAT).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide business support and handle transaction-related issues.
  • Verify data for accuracy and process and submit reimbursement invoices.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and participate in live testing for systems.
  • Prepare and provide regular weekly and monthly reports to relevant parties.
  • Assist in coordinating day-to-day tasks, liaising with franchise branches, and contributing to operational duties in the motor department.
  • Liaise with various departments to establish and maintain support, assist with day-to-day endorsements, and coordinate with processing and receipting teams on overall operational functions.
  • Assist in managing and tracking commission recovery.

Requirements

  • Degree holder with any discipline.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
