Shopee is a leading e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan, committed to providing a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Our dynamic Business Development and Partnerships teams play a crucial role in driving growth by acquiring new business opportunities and partnering with sellers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop close relationships with Shopee Sellers to foster growth
- Create high-level strategic plans to identify new sources of revenue and improve existing ones
- Educate sellers on effective methods to increase their presence within the platform
- Negotiate deals with sellers and curate product listings for various campaigns and promotions
- Monitor seller performance, sales activities, and category initiatives to drive transaction numbers and revenue
- Manage pricing strategy, product assortment, and stock availability for Tier 1 Brands
- Secure exclusive partnerships for key campaigns and work closely with internal teams to optimize seller visibility and credibility
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field; e-commerce experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Google Sheets
- Innovative problem-solving skills and ability to implement solutions
- Team player with a drive to outperform KPIs
- Excellent English command and ability to converse fluently in other languages (e.g., Malay, Chinese) as an added advantage
