About Shopee

Our dynamic Business Development and Partnerships teams play a crucial role in driving growth by acquiring new business opportunities and partnering with sellers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop close relationships with Shopee Sellers to foster growth
  • Create high-level strategic plans to identify new sources of revenue and improve existing ones
  • Educate sellers on effective methods to increase their presence within the platform
  • Negotiate deals with sellers and curate product listings for various campaigns and promotions
  • Monitor seller performance, sales activities, and category initiatives to drive transaction numbers and revenue
  • Manage pricing strategy, product assortment, and stock availability for Tier 1 Brands
  • Secure exclusive partnerships for key campaigns and work closely with internal teams to optimize seller visibility and credibility

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field; e-commerce experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Google Sheets
  • Innovative problem-solving skills and ability to implement solutions
  • Team player with a drive to outperform KPIs
  • Excellent English command and ability to converse fluently in other languages (e.g., Malay, Chinese) as an added advantage
