As a key member of our global talent acquisition function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent across the region. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, hiring managers, and People Business Partners to drive business growth and success.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of regional recruitment strategies, aligned with business objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and acquire top talent for critical roles across the region.
  • Become an expert in the Asia Pacific recruitment landscape, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, People Business Partners, and external vendors.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to shape selection criteria and methods, ensuring fairness and equity in the hiring process.
