About Our Team

We are a dynamic team seeking a detail-oriented and proactive talent to support us in our operational tasks. The role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of processes related to seller onboarding and offboarding, delivery order creation, inbound planning, return-to-seller process, and report preparation.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Support the seller onboarding and offboarding process by coordinating with stakeholders.
  2. Create and manage delivery orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
  3. Coordinate inbound planning to ensure seamless operations and efficient use of resources.
  4. Manage and reconcile supplier-warehouse disputes to minimize downtime.
  5. Troubleshoot logistics-related issues and collaborate with the technical team to resolve them.
  6. Oversee the return-to-seller process to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Prepare charging and compensation reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and excellence.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field with 1 to 2 years of experience in business operations or stakeholder management.
  2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  3. Adaptable and open-minded with the ability to work in ambiguity and change.
  4. Good time management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools is essential.
  6. E-commerce, logistics, or operations support experience is an advantage.
  7. Excellent command of English language is required, and fluency in other languages such as Malay or Chinese is an added advantage.
