Responsibilities

The Organizational Effectiveness Director will be responsible for driving strategic workforce planning, HR analytics, and organizational effectiveness. This role will require developing data-driven workforce strategies, optimizing organizational design, and implementing HR transformation initiatives to support business growth and agility.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic workforce planning, predictive analytics, and HR data visualization tools. They will have experience implementing and managing HRIS systems, as well as leading HR transformation projects and implementing HR technology solutions.

This role requires strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to drive engagement at senior levels. The selected candidate will work closely with HR COEs, leadership, and global teams to provide insights that shape talent strategy, improve workforce planning, and enhance overall organizational effectiveness.

  • Develop and execute a global workforce strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives to assess future talent needs, emerging skill gaps, and workforce risks.
  • Utilize AI and advanced analytics/predictive models to develop and maintain HR dashboards.
