Talent Acquisition Manager - Expatriate Recruitment:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our expatriate recruitment efforts and develop innovative strategies to attract and retain top international talent.
This role requires a deep understanding of global recruitment trends and a proven ability to navigate complex employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies for expatriate positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify key qualifications and skills required for expatriate roles.
- Source and engage with high-quality candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding processes for expatriates.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Proven track record of successful expatriate recruitment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
