Role & Responsibility

Description:

  • Acts as an organizational development liaison for SME Bank leadership and facilitates SME Bank initiatives across the organizations. Plans, designs, implements and administers manpower planning and organization development initiatives in order to achieve strategic business goals and objectives. Build and maintain employer brand to attract external talents and retain internal talents of the Bank.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual manpower budgets and plans in collaboration with the functional heads based on the approved organization structure.
  • Analyze the current manpower resources and analyzed future manpower forecasts to align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct and facilitate the manpower planning process with the divisional head/hiring managers to determine the manpower needs and requirements.
  • Facilitate and provide necessary arrangements for employee mobility i.e restructuring, transfer, secondment, and any other movements throughout the Bank.
  • Provides advice and support to staff and organization leaders in all aspects of Human Capital including manpower planning, organizational structure design, job analysis, job description, job evaluation as well as position management.
  • Oversee, monitor, and manage all reports i.e BNM Report, internal manpower reports, and Human Capital Reports are submitted/presented in a timely manner.
  • Review and advise on job descriptions for all positions and ensure they are updated and maintained.
  • Review and evaluate the job size of the position based on the current business needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with other functions within Group Human Capital Management (GHCM) on developing, improving, and reviewing existing policies and procedures.
  • Develop, manage, and execute Human Capital initiatives under the Organization Development scope.
  • Develop, manage, and oversee the facilitation of employer branding strategy specifically within the HR perspective area.
  • Staff to comply & report on Anti Money Laundering (AMLA), frauds, and defalcations (including attempted frauds), breaches of the Employee Code of Conduct, robberies & burglaries.
  • Perform any other duties as and when required by the superior.

Accountabilities:

  • Ensure that manpower requisitions and staff movements are in accordance with the approved budget.
  • Ensure BNM reporting in relation to Labor Market Statistics is accurate and maintained based on the BNM requirements and guidelines and submit the reports in a timely manner.
  • Enhance Human Capital Management services through effective and efficient processes.
  • Deliver the expected outcome of the initiatives.
  • Ensure all Job Description is updated and maintained.
  • Ensure BNM Reporting is accurate and is submitted in a timely manner.
  • Keep abreast of trends/updates in manpower planning and recommend accordingly.
  • Establishing Human Capital data in such a format to ensure employees can access data without difficulties.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field including Human Resources, Analytics and etc.
  • A minimum of 6 years working experience in Human Resource or any related units.
