Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Records Management Coordinator to join our team in Selangor, Malaysia. As a Records Management Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Record Management: You will help teams retrieve, archive, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to regulatory standards.
- Document Handling Services: You will be responsible for managing and storing important documents securely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Compliance Submissions: You will provide timely and accurate submissions to government authorities, uploading, printing, and submitting reports and documents.
- Auditing: You will respond to audit requests by gathering and providing documentation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A degree in business/office administration or a relevant area with strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards is important, as well as experience in records management and document handling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively manage records and documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is needed for this role. Additional information management system experience (SFDC, Workday,...) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language proficiency.
- Ability to work on-site in Selangor.
