Role Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building relationships with professionals and business associations, and promoting additional products and services to existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  3. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our product offerings and provide expert advice to customers.
  4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and drive business growth.
  5. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Degree and Experience: A degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in sales or a related capacity.
  2. Lending and Credit Background: Minimum lending or credit background required.
  3. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  4. Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
