**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the Japanese Sales Team in various aspects, including language translation and interpretation, sales content arrangement, and communication with clients.
  • Arrange sales contents and coordinate with internal staff and local vendors to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Communicate with clients to seek potential business opportunities and follow up on delivery orders.
  • Visit clients with the Japanese Salesperson as an interpreter and translate conversations between salesperson, client, and vendors.
  • Prepare quotations and send them to clients.
  • Follow up on delivery orders and construction schedule arrangements.
  • Attend on-site meetings and translate discussions between local vendors and Japanese clients if necessary.
