Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and processing purchase orders in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Compiling monthly sales reports, analyzing trends and providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Expediting orders through internal liaison, communicating effectively with stakeholders to meet deadlines and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed and resolved promptly.
  • Identifying new products to add to those on offer, staying up-to-date with market trends and customer preferences.
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, as needed, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or degree required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Experience with industry software such as HubSpot CMR, Freshsales, or similar, with proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping, with attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Familiarity with sales reports and sales records, with analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights.
  • Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
