We are seeking a highly skilled ESG Strategy Planner to join our team at TIME's group. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the Head of Strategy & ESG Office in developing PayNet's overarching strategy, business plans, and corporate scorecard.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Head of Strategy & ESG Office to develop PayNet's strategic roadmap, business plans, and corporate scorecard, integrating ESG considerations into the overall strategy.
  2. Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support the formulation of strategic initiatives, leveraging insights from industry trends, market dynamics, and stakeholder feedback.
  3. Data Analysis and Research:
    1. Gather and analyze relevant data to assess the performance and impact of existing strategies, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
    2. Stay abreast of emerging ESG trends, regulations, and best practices, providing insights and recommendations to enhance PayNet's strategic positioning.
  4. Strategic Opportunities Management:
    1. Assist in identifying and evaluating new strategic opportunities, including partnerships, alliances, and market expansion initiatives, to drive business growth and enhance PayNet's competitive advantage.
    2. Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
  5. Change Management and Values Alignment:
    1. Facilitate change management processes to ensure effective implementation of strategic initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
    2. Advocate for and reinforce PayNet's corporate values and ESG principles throughout the organization, promoting ethical behavior and responsible business practices.
  6. Risk Monitoring and Mitigation:
    1. Monitor strategic risks and uncertainties, assessing their potential impact on PayNet's objectives and operations.
    2. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans, proactively addressing potential challenges and vulnerabilities.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
  2. Minimum 8 years of working experience in related field.
  3. Proven experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or management consulting roles, with a focus on ESG integration and sustainable business practices.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide actionable recommendations.
  5. Excellent research and data analysis abilities, including proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
  6. Knowledge of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelines (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) and their application to corporate strategy.
  7. Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  8. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  9. Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
