Requirements:
  1. Experience: 6+ years of experience in the integrated marketing communication business in the planning function.
  2. Proven Track Record: A proven track record of delivering highly effective large-scale communication initiatives.
  3. Campaign Expertise: Experienced in holistic campaigns that cut across ATL, BTL, and digital touchpoints.
  4. Client Management: Excellent client management skills, with the ability to think beyond traditional solutions for brands.
  5. Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills, with the ability to turn complex data into simple and compelling narratives.
  6. Emotional Intelligence: Practice emotional intelligence to build and nurture relationships with global clients and the wider team, including active listening and pragmatic feedback.
