About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the pet food industry.
  • Pricing and Profitability: Ensure accurate and competitive pricing across all products, maintaining maximum profit margins while meeting customer needs.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide timely and actionable insights on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing strategies accordingly.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior sales management role, preferably within the pet food or food industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, strategy development, and execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary and Benefits

Our salary package includes an annual salary of $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses based on individual and team performance.
