About the Position

Asteel Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Executive - Commercial Growth to drive new business development and grow our customer base in Kuching Sarawak. This full-time position will involve developing and executing strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategies to generate new sales leads and grow our customer base
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
  3. Manage customer accounts, including follow-up and collection of payments
  4. Provide after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction
  5. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and presentations to customers
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns
What We're Looking For:
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
