Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years' working experience in program management within the semiconductor or electronics industry.
  • Assertive, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent presentation skills and preparation of presentation materials.
  • Ability to interact with all levels/positions including Senior Positions.
  • Fluent in BOTH English and Mandarin as needed to support for Europe or Asia market.
  • Must be able to problem solve, prioritize and have the ability to multitask and continuously improve processes and capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, and numerical analytical skills. Meticulous and detail oriented.
  • Understanding of product development life cycle and supply chain processes such as forecasting, planning, inventory management, operations, manufacturing, procurement, sourcing, transportation and warehousing.
