**Job Description:**

As an Account Assistant at Mark's Food Solutions Sdn Bhd, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely submissions to regulatory authorities. Your responsibilities will include processing e-invoices, updating customer information, and sending Statements of Accounts.

Key Tasks:

  1. Submit e-invoices to MyTax portal within specified deadlines
  2. Monitor customer payments and reconcile any discrepancies
  3. Sending Statements of Accounts to customers on a regular basis
  4. Resolve any issues related to invoices or e-invoices
  5. Assist in preparing sales invoices and updating records in QNE system
  6. Process purchase orders from customers
  7. Communicate with production and warehouse personnel on customer orders
  8. Liaise with customers regarding sales orders and delivery times
  9. Ensure accurate filing systems for sales invoices, receipts, and non-trade invoices

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Professional certificate, diploma, or advanced/graduate diploma in Accounting
  • Familiarity with QNE software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work alternate Saturdays
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
