Hiredly X is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Manager Business Development to drive business growth through sales and new opportunities.

About the Role
  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating the growth of the business in terms of sales and developing new business opportunities.
  • You will conduct industry research, identify potential business deals, and provide strategic planning to drive revenue growth.
  • A critical aspect of this role is preparing and implementing business development plans that align with our company goals.
  • Additionally, you will close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating them with our business operations.
  • This position requires collaboration with our Sales and Marketing department to explore new business development and growth opportunities.
  • In this role, you will also provide guidance and leadership to our Sales team, focusing on growing sales in terms of volume and revenue.
Requirements
  • We require at least 15 years of working experience in the related field (aluminium/aluminium coating/metal/roofing & cladding companies or building materials).
  • Experience in Sales, dealing with domestic & international customers, good communication skills, and fluency in English are essential.
