Strategic Business Growth Manager

Hiredly X is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Manager to drive market expansion and revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing effective strategies, and building strong client relationships.
About the RoleThis role involves conducting in-depth market research to identify potential opportunities, analyzing market trends and competitor activities to develop effective strategies, and negotiating and closing deals to achieve sales targets. You will also be responsible for acquiring new clients and maintaining existing client relationships, providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain strong knowledge of market development workflows such as power construction processes, international project information management, bidding management, contract management, etc.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and track performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in market development, business development, and driving revenue growth.
- Familiar with market dynamics and customer needs.
