Qualifications

  • English: Must be able to communicate and understand English.
  • Education: Property, Technical, or Engineering Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution or relevant trade experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in facilities management/maintenance management/building operations maintenance.
  • Network: Member of IWFM, IFMA, IAM, RICS, or local Property/FM Industry Institution (advantageous).
  • Statutory Compliance: Well-versed in local laws and regulations governing property maintenance and building management.
  • Project and Contract Management: Experienced in Construction Management, Commercial Contract Management, and Law.
  • ICT & Management Systems: Able to use Microsoft Office Suite and CAFM/CMMS Systems operations and reporting.
