We are seeking a highly experienced Employee Engagement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative employee engagement programs that drive a positive workplace culture, improve morale, and reduce turnover.

Key responsibilities will include supporting the deployment of the annual employee engagement survey, along with other mechanisms used to evaluate employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will also partner with the business to ensure the debrief of survey results and action planning.
