- Training & Development- To coordinate training programs for all staff within the company.
- To ensure training programs to be conducted are approved by HRDCorp for claim purposes.
- To ensure that all approved training programs that have been conducted are claimed from HRDF.
- To ensure that all planned training programs as per training calendar are conducted.
- To monitor and update training database in the system
- To maintain and update training statistics
- To administer training evaluations
- To ensure all training materials from programs attended are kept in file as reference.
- To act as a trainer for induction programs for executive and non-executive.
- To monitor and update all training agreement and training bonds as per prevailing policies /guidelines.

elling Hostel (Properties)- To all related documents for properties agents
- To all related documents for properties lawyer.
- To prepare all payments for hostel utilities bills.
- To liaise with DRB-Hicom staff for Director’s signature.

Payroll- Key in new employee details in Boss Inet system.

Other matters- To prepare BOD paper.
- To prepare HC monthly/quarterly report.
- To prepare monthly payment for charge man & practical.
- To update any ISO related matter including ISO14001:2018, ISO45001:2018 & ISO9001:2015
- Special project as per instruction by HOD Human Capital.
- To prepare/assist Talent Pool and Succession Planning Program.
- Any other cross functional projects as and when assigned by the management.
