Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at Trinity42 Digital Sdn. Bhd. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Data-Driven Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans that are tailored to the needs of our export clients, leveraging data and analytics to drive business growth.
  • Monitor and Measure Campaign Impacts: Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing strategies to achieve better results.
  • Hands-On Monitoring of Digital Analytics: Utilize state-of-the-art digital and analytic tools to monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, identifying trends and insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Plan and Oversee Customer Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute customer marketing plans that drive customer acquisition and retention, leveraging data and analytics to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage Digital Advertisement Buying Activities: Oversee the buying and management of digital advertisements across various platforms, ensuring optimal ROI and campaign performance.
  • Mentor and Develop a High-Performing Team: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team, providing guidance and support to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Drive Exponential Growth: Utilize creative approaches and strategies to optimize resources and drive business growth, leveraging data and analytics to inform marketing decisions.
  • Improve Business with Data-Driven Strategies: Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that drive business growth and improve customer lifetime value.
  • Increase Customer Lifetime Value: Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities to increase customer lifetime value, developing and executing strategies to drive long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or any field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, Communication, Branding, and Advertising.
  • Digital Media Experience: Solid experience in Digital Media platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Waze Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, SEM, SEO, Digital Channels.
  • Data Analysis: Able to analyze data to assess campaign performance and improve customer segmentation.
  • Management Experience: Preferably Managers specializing in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
  • International Marketing Experience: Knowledge of running international marketing campaigns will be an added advantage.
Skills
  • Online Advertising: Online advertising skills, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Waze Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads.
  • Digital Advertising: Digital advertising skills, including but not limited to SEM, SEO, Digital Channels.
  • Digital Content: Digital content creation and management skills.
  • Social Media Advertising: Social media advertising skills, including but not limited to Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
