**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Operations Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for implementing and sustaining Operations Standards across various areas, including Health and Safety, 5S, Visual Management, Performance Management, Process Management, Business Continuity, and Continuous Improvement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the implementation and sustainability of Operations Standards, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and implement operational improvement studies to enhance productivity, eliminate waste, and optimize processes.
  • Develop and conduct Continuous Improvement workshops for assigned areas, such as VSM, Process Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, and 8D Problem-Solving.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to maintain a lean environment, support Lean activities, and drive Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Review site CI project submissions, provide guidance on Lean strategies, and troubleshoot issues related to Lean tools.
  • Establish key metrics and initiatives to monitor non-added value tasks, deviations from standard processes, and performance metrics related to CI/OE Scorecard and KPI.
  • Initiate, develop, and assess the site's LEAN maturity, deliver training programs, such as Lean games, Kaizen, 5S, and Lean Introduction Training (LIT).

**Requirements:**

  • University or Polytechnic graduate in Logistics and Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a relevant technical field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in logistics/3PL, with Lean expertise in warehouse/shop floor environments and digitalization knowledge.
  • Lean Six Sigma and Business Analytics qualifications are advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Power Apps.
  • A self-starter with a positive attitude, able to overcome problems effectively and work with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel interstate and overseas for projects as required.

**Estimated Salary Range:** RM120,000 - RM180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
