Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced APAC Purchase-to-Pay Manager to join our team at BASF Asia-Pacific Service Centre S/B.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead P2P projects, ensuring timely update and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines related to P2P.
  • P2P Community Development: Support Global P2P KPIs analysis reports, and improve P2P KPIs with relevant measurements.
  • Process Alignment: Focus on P2P end-to-end processes efficiency and effectiveness, supporting P2P processes aligned with global, regional, and local process guidelines and business requirements.
  • Guidance and Support: Provide guidance and support to the P2P operational team and BEX, following BASF Group guidelines, understanding and following local legal/tax requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in relevant "Purchase-to-Pay" areas.
  • Min. diploma/degree in Business and/or Economics/Accounting and/or Information System (IT).
