Business Development Executive

This role involves maintaining and expanding existing client relationships, developing integrated marketing strategies, and overseeing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Account Director, responsible for driving business growth through exceptional client service, strategic leadership, and innovative marketing solutions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and expand existing client relationships through exceptional service and effective communication.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with client goals and drive measurable results.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and achieve business objectives.
- Manage account budgets, forecasts, and profitability while ensuring cost-effective solutions for clients.
- Identify and develop opportunities for account expansion, upselling services, and acquiring new clients.
- Track campaign performance, provide data-driven insights, and present findings to clients to optimize future strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and competitor strategies to provide innovative solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in account management, client services, or marketing within an agency setting.
- 3+ Years of experience as an account director.
- Strong expertise in integrated marketing strategies, including digital, social, content, experiential, and traditional advertising.
- Proven leadership experience, managing cross-functional teams and high-value client accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM software, and project management platforms.
