About the Role

We are looking for a Human Capital Strategist to join our team at Kossan Rubber Industries Bhd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing human capital strategies, executing our GL&D strategies and action plans, and driving business results.

Your primary focus will be on instrumental design, developing required learning materials based on agreed forms and formats for conventional and e-Learning requirements. You will also convert training modules into e-Learning format and assist in the development of learning aids to support the roll-out of planned training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop human capital strategies, execute our GL&D strategies and action plans, and drive business results.
  • Design and develop required learning material [MS Office Application Training] based on the agreed forms and format for both conventional and e-Learning requirements [Teaching slide, Assessment and Evaluation].
  • Convert required training module into e-Learning format.
  • Assist in the development of learning aids to support the roll-out of planned training programs.
