  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or technical sales roles. Experience in the solar or renewable energy sector is an added advantage but not required.
  • Strong understanding of engineering concepts, particularly in energy systems, electrical systems, or renewable energy.
  • Experience in selling technical solutions to companies/organizations.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites for face-to-face meetings and site inspections.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to assess client needs and offer solutions that are both technically and financially sound.
