As a Strategic Business Growth Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy and team management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans and targets, leading and guiding a team of business development managers, and building key client relationships.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and targets aligned with company goals.
  • Lead and guide a team of business development managers to achieve sales targets.
  • Build key client relationships and identify business opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close business deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Diploma in Business Administration / Management or any related field, strong people management and leadership skills, good interpersonal, communication, organizational, and planning skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a high-performing team to achieve sales targets.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
