Job Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in delivering engineering IT solutions to customers in the construction, petrochemical, power, fabrication, and oil and gas industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Presentation Creation: Create high-quality presentations to explain our company's products and services to customers.
  2. Customer Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with sales, technical, and management teams to deliver excellent customer service.
  4. Sales Lead Generation and Conversion: Generate new sales leads, create contact lists, follow up with customers, secure sales, negotiate prices, complete collections, arrange deliveries, and ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
  5. Customer Service and Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support, assisting customers with software installation issues and responding promptly.
  6. Client Feedback and Market Research: Collect and analyze client feedback, evaluate data, and develop new sales and marketing strategies.
  7. Process Improvement and Enhancement: Identify areas for improvement and communicate these issues along with possible solutions to upper management.
  8. Sales Performance Management: Set and achieve sales performance targets.

Requirements:

  1. Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales and the technology field.
  3. Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
  4. Tech Skills: Ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
  5. Leadership: Good leadership and teamwork skills.
  6. Education: Willingness to continue your sales and engineering education.
