Business Partnership Developer

Carsome Group is a leader in the digital marketplace for used vehicles. As a Business Partnership Developer, you will play a key role in developing and managing strategic partnerships with Digital Banks and Insurance providers. In this role, you will drive financial growth and planning across regions.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning and Budgeting: Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying improvement opportunities.
- Forecasting and Risk Management: Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact business operations.
- Partnership Management: Act as the key liaison for internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful partnerships and project execution.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with 6+ years of experience in finance, banking, insurance, and fintech.
- Strong project management skills and knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
- Effective in influencing stakeholders and delivering results through clear communication.
