Mid-Level Manager in Corporate Secretarial

In this role as Assistant Manager – Corporate Secretarial, you will play a key part in our corporate services team in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all clients' documents and records are properly maintained and filed.
You will also be involved in supervising a team of staff members, identifying potential risks, and implementing best practices in corporate governance.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Preparing and submitting reports to Senior Managers and Directors
- Providing guidance and support to junior staff members
The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mind, and the ability to work under pressure.
