Job Details:We are seeking a Corporate Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate laws and regulations, particularly in the accounting and finance sectors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with corporate secretarial software are also essential.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Corporate Secretary or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of corporate laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- A relevant professional qualification is highly desirable
This is a full-time position based in Johor Bahru, Johor. You will work 5 days a week and have opportunities for career development and professional training. We offer a nice working environment and clean office space.
