**Job Description**:

- Professional handling of all communications.
- To prepare meeting minutes.
- To prepare news release of the main events of the University College.
- To process the documentation for President Office.
- To coordinate the daily schedules of the President Office.
- To perform the daily task assigned by the President Office and the Secretarial Office.
- To assist in the tasks/requests of the Board of Directors.
