As a **Corporate Secretarial Executive**, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with clients’ statutory requirements. You need to complete the responsibilities related to corporate secretarial matters within the time frame given. You are responsible for dealing with the related parties’ inquiries (clients, local authorities, auditors, etc.).

**Responsibilities**
- To assist in performing all duties and responsibilities related to company secretarial matters
- To provide guidance and training to junior/ new staffs
- To provide advice on compliance requirements and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- To prepare and draft board and members’ written resolutions or minutes as and when required.
- To prepare, arrange, and ensure the timely submission of statutory forms, returns, and notifications in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act 2016 and other authorities
- To keep and update statutory records in accordance with the Companies Act of 2016.
- To liaise with external parties such as auditors, local authorities, etc
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- ICSA qualification or equivalent
- Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience in company secretarial work in a consultancy firm. Open for fresh graduate for entry level.
- Well versed with the Companies Act 2016 requirements, corporate secretarial practice, and other related regulatory requirements
- Pleasant personality, proactive, meticulous, good interpersonal and communication skills and able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Proficient in both written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Able to multi-task, work independently as well as a team player
- Self-motivated and possess a strong sense of responsibility

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
