**Job Description**:
- Assist the secretarial team in all aspects of company secretarial duties and functions
- Preparing and arranging for lodgment of statutory documents
- Maintaining of statutory books, registers and secretarial records of the companies
- Assist in the preparation of minutes and to maintain proper filling system
- Issuance of invoices and debt management
- Liaison with banks and professionals
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments or administrative task as require by management from time to time
**Requirements**:
- Computer literate, proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
- Organised, good time management
- Willingness to learn & improve
- Able to work independently, team-player
- Able to deal with stress deadlines and workloads
- Receptive to feedback
