About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Collateral Management Specialist to join our team in HSBC. As a key member of our Global Finance division, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service to the business by minimizing risks and maximizing profits through effective cost management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders regarding operations for collateral management.
  • Ensure timely dispute investigation and resolution to reduce risk, enhance daily trade portfolio reconciliation, and improve controls.
  • Lead the Collateral Management post-margin call activities, including dispute resolution, timely settlement, and reconciliation, meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the execution of an Oversight and Governance framework for Collateral Management.

Requirements

  • A strong background in risk management and compliance, with experience in collateral management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
