Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily and weekly stand-ups to understand work priorities and address ad-hoc tasks.
  • Triage and prioritize deliverables for internal teams in Data, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Collect and document requirements, communicating timelines and expectations to stakeholders.
  • Lead the data team in understanding and documenting workflows for various CARSOME products and operations teams across different countries.
  • Develop and maintain a global data dictionary, ensuring alignment of metric definitions across the organization.
  • Coordinate with upstream teams to raise and follow up on delivery timelines for dependencies.
  • Produce work efficiency reports to measure time and velocity, informing resource allocation decisions.
  • Implement project management methodologies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Provide regular status updates to line managers and stakeholders.

Your Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a project management role or relevant experience collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project planning, stakeholder management, and documentation.
  • Ability to distill complex requirements and insights, communicating effectively with senior leaders.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and articulate findings to various teams.
  • PMP or IT Project Management Certification (desirable but not mandatory).
  • Experience with Jira (desirable).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (or equivalent).
