Job Overview
As a Key Account Manager at Lazada, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets for our key accounts in the Malaysia market. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts in the Malaysia market, focusing on driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and execute strategies to penetrate new accounts, expanding the customer base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless customer experience and address any issues promptly.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • More than 1 year of experience in key account management, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing key accounts, with a focus on the Malaysia market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify market trends, customer needs, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Fluent in English and Malay, with additional language skills being an advantage.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and comfortable with VUCA situations.
