Channel Sales Excellence
We are looking for a seasoned Field Sales Executive to drive channel sales excellence in Johor/Melaka. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales skills, industry knowledge, and ability to build strong relationships with channel partners.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to each channel account's unique needs and goals.
- Foster open communication channels with channel partners to address concerns and resolve issues.
- Regularly analyze sales performance and channel partner interactions to identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed set sales targets through effective sales planning and execution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales performance and channel partner interactions.
- Provide regular feedback to channel partners on sales performance and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree from any field (Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's).
- At least 2 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in consumer electronics.
- Ability to work independently in Johor Bahru.
- Previous experience as a Senior Executive in Channel Sales or equivalent is beneficial.
