  • Credential Migration Strategy: You will lead the migration of customer data and credentials, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

We are looking for a candidate with a deep understanding of CIAM technologies, controls, and standard methodologies. Your expertise should include LDAP, user directories, certificates, SAML/OAUTH, MFA, Adaptive Authentication, FIDO, WebAuthN, and Passwordless.

Requirements:
  • Strong Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in design and development of CIAM solutions.
  • Expertise: Deep understanding of CIAM technologies, controls, and standard methodologies.
  • API Access Management: Strong experience in API access management, including risk-based authentication and fraud prevention techniques.
  • CIAM Platforms: Expertise in a CIAM platform such as Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock, or Ping Identity.
  • Cloud Environment: Working knowledge of cloud environments like AWS or Azure.
  • Software Development Security: Knowledge of software development security and Agile methodology.
  • Web Protocols: Strong knowledge of web protocols XML, SOAP, JSON, and REST.
Good to Have:
  • Directories (LDAP, AD): Experience with directories like LDAP or AD.
  • REST API Calls: Knowledge of REST API calls.
  • DevOps Tools: Knowledge of DevOps tools.
  • Influencing Teams: Ability to influence technology teams to deliver a streamlined customer identity experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with clients and partners.
