The Customer Service department at Zeal Group is crucial for delivering exceptional customer experiences. We seek an experienced leader to oversee our Southeast Asia operations and drive consistent service delivery.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Extensive experience in customer service management.
- Expertise in developing and implementing policies and procedures.
- Strong analytical skills for record-keeping and reporting.
- Fine-tuned knowledge of customer feedback management.

- Pre-Call session with the TA team – 30 minutes
