Customer Experience Lead

As a Customer Experience Lead at Qra, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and driving operational excellence across all outlets. This involves leading, training, and motivating the FOH team to uphold Qra's brand values. You will also develop and implement customer engagement strategies to drive retention and loyalty.
Your Qualifications:
To excel in this position, you will need a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry. A high school diploma or equivalent, along with higher certification in F&B management, is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of F&B operations, customer service, and safety regulations is essential. You must also be able to work 5.5 days a week in a shift pattern.
