Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Four Wheel Drive Equipment Sdn Bhd. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling daily operations, generating sales records, conducting research, and supporting office operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Handling daily operations such as job scheduling and progress monitoring duties.
  2. Generate daily sales records and collections.
  3. Conduct research on potential products, vendors, and services, comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal.
  4. Support regular office operations, entertain phone inquiries, delegate jobs, and supervise subordinates.
  5. Serve customers in-house by selling products and meeting customer needs.
  6. Assist the sales team with customer requests and prepare quotations.
Key Requirements:
  1. 2 years of experience in a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of administrative and sales support functions. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  2. Proficiency in computer applications, including familiarity with SQL/SAP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, showing initiative in completing tasks accurately and on time.
  4. Strong time management skills, punctuality, and reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments.
  5. Possess a positive working attitude, good personality, and a strong sense of responsibility, self-discipline, and dedication to work.
  6. Conversational fluency in English, Malay, and Mandarin for effective team and client interaction.
