Head of Sales and Client Relationship

The Head of Sales and Client Relationship is responsible for leading the development and implementation of sales strategies, managing designated accounts and partnerships, and ensuring that all business proceedings are conducted in a manner which is professional, legal and ethical.

This involves developing and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders, including internal stakeholders such as Operations, Technical, Pricing, Finance, Legal and Market Management, and external stakeholders such as clients and partners.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive profitable and sustainable growth.
  • Manage designated accounts and partnerships, including identifying and seizing new opportunities for growth.

A successful candidate will have a strong background in a Sales or Account/Relationship Management role within a large commercial environment, working towards set KPIs and targets.

Key skills and experience include:

  • At least 7 years of experience in Sales in General Insurance.
  • Proven ability to meet and/or exceed KPIs and extensive sales/revenue targets within an account management role.
